Reynolds Handyman Service

I hired Cory to put cabinets in my sister's kitchen. The first day was a no show. However he called later to explain his child was sick. Which I understood, so we gave him a second chance. The next day he came to the house and he had no one to help. So, he stood around all day trying to get help. The next day, he still came and still no help. However, he did manage to put up one cabinet. The cabinet over the stove. He left to go check on another job. He came back and my disabled sister was feed up and asked him to leave. He called me demanding $150.00 for putting up the one cabinet and the gas for traveling. When you take a job, you should know up front if you have the staff to do the job.

My experience was horrible , he didn't install my door right or even try to finish the job. When I contacted him about finishing the job he stated that he would come when he had some down time but he told me that he will be over to my house at 12pm the next day. He never showed. I also contacted him about the door was no longer locking and he stated that he will not fix the problem. Also when I did contact him he had an attitude and was very rude. I was not a satisfied customer and, he also decide not to fix the problem or to deal with me, but to refund me half of my money. I haven't heard from him about my refund. BEWARE!!!! if you are a young home owner he will take advantage of you.

He and co-worker did a great job the work was done quickly and they cleaned up the work place before leaving. One of the cabinets was damaged when it was shipped to me so they will have to come back and install it. I would recommend him .

They arrived an hour late and half cleaned up after finishing.

I would recommend to anyone for a variety of services! Quality of work, professionalism, value, responsiveness & making suggestions I'd not thought of! Refreshing to do business and interact w/a young man who understands the importance of "service & value" to the customer! I have now retained for my on-going landscaping needs!

After looking at HomeAdvisor we were contacted by Reynolds Handyman service. I told him about our job which consisted of Sheetrock repair in the ceiling and painting. I also let him know one small company had said our space was large with high ceilings and we would need a professional company. He looked at our space and assured us he could do the job. The repairs were not done and even the painting was horrible with so much mess to clean up. Paint splatters everywhere. We basically threw $500 out the window.

Very prompt, returned calls immediately and did the job professionally and quickly. I would use again. Seems young but did the job well. Happy with outcome.

He is still on the young side, but he is very professional. He is very good with people of all ages, elderly, young.
