Debbie and Myles worked with us to plan and execute the renovations to our Wakulla River home. They accommodated our wishes and made helpful suggestions to keep costs reasonable and ensure quality. The subs they employed were reliable, efficient and courteous. Myles was on site regularly and helped us when hurricane damage interrupted the flow of work. We would definitely go with Reynolds Home Builders again in future renovation projects.

Working with Debbie was a nightmare. We spent over $100k on this remodel and there were so many issues throughout the remodeling process I can’t even start to list them here. Now two years later we are having issues and finding out that permits were not pulled for most of the work. New a/c installed in the attic space - no drain pan underneath- yes it did leak and ruin the new drywall ceiling. All the electrical wiring was replaced by Debbie’s crew. We just had an electrician tell us what they did was illegal and very dangerous. This was just the first outlet they looked at - makes us worried about the rest of our home.

I had Reynolds Home Builders repair the damage my home sustained during Hurricane Hermine. Debbie and Myles were a pleasure to work with throughout the process, and by far exceeded my expectations. My home looks so much better than it did before the storm.

I had to fire Reynolds Home Builders because of the poor quality of workmanship and materials, plus they had violated local codes.

Debbie was recommended by an employee in a flooring store in Tallahassee. Debbie's team created a new pantry, attached to our kitchen from unused alcove space on the front porch. Her workers also stripped old wallpaper from our kitchen and prepped the walls for a new paint job. Her main carpenter (Champ) does outstanding work. In addition to creating our new pantry, he also enlarged the opening to our washer/dryer space. He's honest, was respectful of our property and takes pride in what he does as if it was his own place. Debbie is always reachable and is on top of every stage of progress. Reynolds Home Builders is now at the top of the list when I need a contractor when the task is beyond my skill set! We had a small project of sheetrocking and painting inside our home. The contractors came when promised and made phone calls just prior to arrival. The work was good especially the painter's work. He was very personable and accommodated our every request with courtesy and a smile. I would recommed this contractor to anyone looking for good work and a very reasonable price.

Debbie Reynolds did a great job of remodeling our master bathroom - removed garden tub and replaced with a walk-in shower, converted previous show to a closet, replaced cabinet and countertop, removed a window and added a transom window, replaced toilet, replaced all tile, painted walls & trim. She also arranged for painting of our master bedroom and walk-in closet. Her sub-contractors were excellent and very responsive to her instructions and requests. She kept a firm hand on project timing and materials ordering, with the result that the bathroom was finished earlier than anticipated. Service was outstanding!

Reynolds Home Builders did an addition for me and kitchen remodel. The quality of the work is superior as well as attention to our needs.
