Very detailed and took his time to thoroughly examine our plumbing smell complaint although turned out unresolved, he was able to eliminate other probable causes. He also reported mold in our crawlspace which we had been unaware of, thanks to him! My only negative take away is that he is not quickly accessible for work and had forgotten our scheduled appointment time was earlier. I had to wait over a week for him to come out. I also had called back later for other plumbing work and he was on a 2-week leave.
