He didn't get back to me when I said that I wanted to speak to him in person. He left a mess, he didn't clean up after himself. They did a lot of shortcuts. I had to do a lot of extra work myself. The one decent thing he did was the power washing.

Great job regrading my front yard. They laid new sod and framed out, planted and mulched flowerbeds. Gave me printed instructions on how to care for new sod.

Reynolds Landscaping was the first to respond back regarding my requests for needing help. I dealt with Chris who responded to my calls within 24 hours. Reynolds Landscaping seemed like it was too good to be true because of all the bad experiences I have had with contractors/ vendors etc. However, I had such good service and the work was done well with a reasonable price, I recommend this company to my friends and family and plan to be a repeat customer.

Wasn't really happy. I didn't get what I wanted and he refused to even negotiate the quoted price. In fact...to get it the way I wanted it in the first place he is CHARGING ME. Won't refer him or use him again. NOT HAPPY!

"I gave the customer two landscape designs to choose from and she picked the wrong one. After I finished the job she realized she picked the wrong design. I therefore charged her at cost to replace the plants to her desired design. I also double checked with her through email to make sure it was exactly what she wanted."
