They came on time and did the job. However we were quoted a rate of $85/hr plus materials with an estimated cost of $975 based on not knowing full scope of the problem. The problems were fixed in 3 hours ($255) with small cost of a new outlet but we were charged $877.50. Electrician told us his boss told him to charge the full amount of the estimate regardless of how long it took because we had insisted on an idea of max cost. We were extremely overcharged but he did give us a 10% ;discount from that estimate.

I was told an electrical line needed to be replaced by pulling new line thru the wall but per my inspection, it was never done!! They insisted it was replaced until I insisted they call tech who confirmed it was not replaced. I was charged for replacement of this line costing an extra $300. Very upset!! I spoke to two other electrical companies who stated I was overcharged! I will never do business with these people again!

I recieved a call immediately and scheduled the next day. The two man crew very professional and knowledgeable. I would hire for future projects.

I think they charge too much.

Great job and very nice people. The electricians explained everything to me and cleaned up after the job was completed. Very nice experience.

Will be calling them again soon to continue improvements to the electrical system.

I had a switch replaced The job took less than 10 minutes. I was charged a 1hour minimum of $85. Rules are rules, but they could have offered a senior discount.

I needed overhead lights installed in three of my bedrooms. They came in and got to work right away. They were done within 2hours and my lights are beautiful. The price was higher than the quote on the phone but I am just happy my lights are in. Already discussed with them about another project.

The team did a wonderful job of lighting up the basement.

The team from Rey's Electric were fast and didn't leave until the job was finished. They made recommendations of things that should be upgraded since the house was built in 1962. I intend to hire them again in the future.

Great job overall. They were able to come out the next day. Price was higher than quote on the phone. We reached a compromise. Still reasonable.

Seems expensive to charge $175 to change out a 15 amp breaker. His journeyman was an animal lover which was nice.

Very reasonable and professional. Let me know what he was working on and how he was planning on correcting my problem. Would hire him again without hesitation!
