"Costumer was aware of hauling price along with the cleanup price, instead of paying she wanted to see if she could dispose of the bags herself. We were told to organize the bags by her driveway so she and her husband could haul away realizing they didn't want to do it themselves then blamed it on us for an incomplete job. We continued to offer her an even cheaper hauling price then before and she demanded we do it for free. Once we make deals and complete our work we have other jobs and clients to maintain. We've never had this problem with anyone else we do everything we can to give our clients top of the line quality and would never do anything a costumer didn't ask us to do. In no way shape or form did we take it upon ourselves to leave the bags we were told to do so by the costumer."
