I called them and i spoke to david i told him i had a toilet lead bend leaking he told me me it would cost 285 dollards when the plumber showed up and saw what he had to do he said that it was not a hard job it would take about 3 hours he said he would come the next day about 1 oclock he never showed david called me at 7 pm that to tell me he would come the next day again the pl;umber came looked at the job and gave a driffent story and wanted double the price that I was told he left didnt say anything until 5 pm that day saying he wanted to come on monday at 5 pm to do the work I told him no thank you

Plumber was on time and worked clean and efficiently. Minimal waste of time getting needed parts for repair. He even came back same day ( one hour) to rectify an added problem of clogged waste pipe. I would recommend to others .

David did not accomplish what he was hired to do. Glad that the Dropped ceiling hid the ceiling he destroyed. It was not repaired. He was supposed to deal with a sink issue, he forgot & never returned. Blocked me from reaching him after I called him twice. Charged me $200 for essentially having done nothing.

After picking Rhea Renovation on HomeAdvisor site, David contacted me within minutes to verify appointment. David arrived on time and gave me a fair price on removing 40Gal gas water heater and replacing it with tankless. Crew arrived on time and job was completed in few hours. I would recommend David and use Rhea Renovation in the future.

I was very happy with David and he completed the work in the exact timeframe we discussed. He was knowledgeable and very helpful, and I would highly recommend Rhea Renovations.

Plumbers don't come cheap but the old saying you get what you pay for is true. We tried cheaper options to have our fancy faucet fixed - should've just called Rhea in the first place. They were prompt, communicative and even taught us how to fix it the next time.

I was very unhappy with the work performed by this vendor. I hired him to remove my tub and install a tiled shower stall. He charged 3800.00 for the shower stall and an extra $500.00 to enlarge to shower area beyond the size of the tub. As I am writing this review the work is being redone by a real professional. 1. The only good thing I can say about this contractor is that he did the demolition quickly. 2. He was the most expensive of the bidders but he was willing to start immediately and I needed the work done while my handicapped sister was hospitalized. 3. The contractor included the materials in the price of the job then he did not purchase the right tiles for hardware he used. The job looked good when it was finished then I noticed that the tiles on the floor of the shower stall were uneven and the grout was cracking. A professional would have noticed the problem immediately, I learned that the methodology he used and the tiles he brought did not match. 4. He also did not prepare the stall area properly for tiling. He used cement board which can give slightly and un-stabilize the tiles and cause the tiles to crack. 5. The worst thing he did was that he tried to deceive me about ruining the shower panel he agreed to install before he even bid on the job. I purchased a shower panel that did not require any changes to my plumbing system. It was an in-expensive panel that can be installed just as easily as a handheld shower head. It does not have a water temperature mixing valve. I gave it to David in an unopened box. David did not read the instructions and he changed my plumbing to fix what he thought was required. When he realized he made a mistake he tried to make the shower panel I brought fit with the new plumbing. Maybe a good plumber could have done it but he is not a good plumber. He tried to get full payment in the hopes I would not notice that the panel did not work. Only after I refused to pay until I saw it working did he admit that he needed to buy another shower panel. I held $1000.00 of the $4,300 that I agreed to pay him pending his supplying and installing this new panel. I waited past two promised delivery dates and the new panel never arrived. I then purchased another panel and got a plumber to install it. I used the withheld funds to pay for it. The shower panel shower problem is solved but the tiles are installed so badly that I have hired a new contractor to rip out Rhea's work and replace it. I feel I wasted the money I paid to Rhea Renovation.

Small mix up on the arrival time. But replaced the kitchen & bathroom faucets no problem in less than an hour. Great job.

David from Rhea Plumbing showed up when he promised and gave me a quality job @ a fair price. Life is good!
