Did the work quickly without adequately understanding the needs of the customer. There were several misunderstandings which led to unsatisfactory results. In one instance, they had to alter the product that they were installing an outlet for, because they began by installing the wrong outlet. Perhaps my job was too small. I was surprised HomeAdvisor suggested a business from another town.

Dave responded the same day as my request and said he could stop by on his way home to look at our project which was to replace several wall heaters. They were ordered and Dave came back right away to install them. Great job. Very efficient and knowledgeable.

I sent a message to them 4th of July thinking I may hear back in a day or so, 15 minutes! Dave Alaniz sent me a text within 15 minutes He came over the next day to see project and gave me an estimate and said to let him know when I had a date He sent a great crew over to install the heaters and thermostats Josh and Doc did a great job Definetly would hire again!

I had looked all over for an electrician and realized to check out HomeAdvisor. Almost immediately as soon as I entered my information and my electrical issue, I received a phone call from Dave A. at Rhema Electric and set up an appointment to meet the next afternoon. We met, discussed the work to be done. I received a quote the following day and excepted his quote. The work began the following Wednesday and completed that day! I am very pleased with their workmanship, timeliness and did not go over budget! I highly recommend them!

They did a great job fitting us into their schedule and finishing the work in a timely manner.

It was hard to find an electrician that would even come out. These guys scheduled a visit, came out when they said they would be there and came in under budget. I highly recommend them!

Dave was very responsive the electrical work needed to be done immediately or it was going to hold up the other trades. He made it happen

quick and efficient

The electrician arrived over one hour later than he was supposed to without a phone call. Was to hook up a machine in my husband's shop. Did not read the machine manual. Machine is not hooked up properly, needs some thing done to the machine so wiring is not adequate & machine is not useable. Did not finish the job, needed an additional part. Was to have returned the following day. Did not call nor show up. Could possibly change my review if everything is fixed and acceptable to my husband.

The work was completed on time and very good workmanship. The only complaint I had was he didn't clean up when he was done. The work he did wasn't a big job, so the clean up was minimal. But he didn't do it and it only took me a few minutes. Regardless, I would recommend this company

First off I was told that the project would be completed and inspected the same day. The technician showed up an hour late at 9:30. At about 2PM he said he was leaving and they would have to schedule it to be completed another day. I had to fight with the contractor to get them to come back the next day and finish it because they were "very busy". Turns out the contractor didn't have a permit to do the work, despite me being told that the inspection had been scheduled. I got the run around for the next couple of weeks and they finally filed for a permit and got an inspection, which they failed... So I had to wait a week for their schedule to clear and come back and fix the 3 things that they failed. Then it finally passed inspection and they had to come back to finish everything up. They also installed a cheaper Eaton 16 circuit Panel instead of the 20 circuit panel I had requested and was included in the contract. When doing the correct work the tech wanted to do what was easiest for him and I had to fight to get it done a less intrusive way. The wiring inside the panel is some of the sloppiest that I have seen, it is unfortunate that code doesn't require organization. Long story short. my one day job that they quoted me took over a month and a half to complete and multiple days off from work. Additionally, the primary contact I had at the company, David Duncan(there are two Davids) was absolutely the worst about returning phone calls and contacting me. He would constantly ignore my calls etc. It was so bad that I called the company and said I needed to speak with someone else because he was so unreliable. This all took place end of March through mid May 2017. I will never ever use this contractor and when someone asks for an electrical contractor recommendation I will reply: "I can't tell you who to use, but whatever you do don't use Rhema Electric!!" They were really that bad!!!!!

We needed several repairs and installation of new light fixtures. Rhema Electric was very professional and took care of all our requests, even one we had forgotten. Impressed with their professionalism. Would definitely use again!

I had 2 circuits installed for my hot tub and AC. The first visit from Dave to estimate was great; on time and very professional. When his workers came to run the circuits from the panel to the disconnect, they were very polite and professional and did a great job. My complaint is that Dave would not respond when I asked him to come back and complete the connection to the hot tub when it was delivered until I finally received an email saying they would come two days after it was delivered. He said they would have the inspector there to buy off the job that Monday. So I used a day of vacation to stay home and the inspector called at 9:30 and when he found out the electrical work was not done, he cancelled the inspection. The work needed did not require me to be home except to allow the inspector entry to my garage so at that point, I had wasted a day of vacation for no good reason ONLY because Dave would not tell me what was happening. He was a very nice guy and always polite but he needs to be more proactive in communicating with his customers. A phone call only takes 30 seconds, after all.

The only reason my evaluation regarding the cost wasn't top notch was because I haven't had to pay an electrician's hourly rate before and didn't realize that it was so high. I really can't complain as everyone deserves to receive pay for the skills they have learned.

I had two lighting fixtures with electrical wire problems on an older home. They told me the price and date they would arrive. They then also gave me some information that might simply fix the problem with no fee. I cleaned up the lighting fixtures and saved me a lot of money and let them go on to some bigger projects. I would recommend them.

They fixed problem so I could wait to upgrade. They also solved another problem!

Nice Guy, efficient and finished in less than 90 minutes. I'll use these folks again.

We needed someone in a hurry. He was at our home between 35 to 45 minutes. Very pleased!
