Nick and Eron are great! They work efficiently and quickly, when my reservation for the freight elevator was close to expiring, they managed to unload everything from the truck within an hour! These guys work extremely hard to make your move easy. Book with them, itâ s the best moving decision Iâ ve ever made.

I used these guys and Chico and Nick. They were awesome. We have coordinated hundreds of moves and these guys did an amazing job. They were a touch early, communication was excellent, professional and friendly. They packed the truck well and we were able to take more than we thought we could. I made some changes midway and they had no problem accommodating paintings and valuables. Everything arrived smoothly and in perfect shape. We will use them again for clients and ourselves.

By far the worst experience with a moving I have ever had. The company lost a box of old paintings and photos that are irreplaceable and refused to take any responsibility for it. Carlos (owner // manager.) reviewed our move and agreed that his company would provide disassembly and reassembly for beds and furniture. Movers arrived with no tools. The toolkits I loaned them were missing pieces when returned. AFTER the movers left, found that 3 (of 4) beds had been reassembled incorrectly. All 4 beds were missing hardware. There were 47 pieces of hardware (screws, bolts, protective covers, etc.) missing across the 4 beds. One bed would have literally fallen apart if we used it. It was 10+ hours of my time finding replacing hardware, disassembling, and reassembling the furniture correctly. The first night in a new house and kids were unable to sleep in their own beds. Carlos initially promised to **make this right** I provided a list and pictures of the missing hardware, incorrectly assembled parts, and broken pieces and have not heard from him since. I followed up twice and still no response. I know moving is chaotic, but 47 pieces of furniture missing is not an accident, it is NEGLIGENCE. We tipped very well since the beds appeared to be assembled and its frustrating that we were treated so poorly. The lack of response and follow-through from this company was very disappointing along with broken promises from Carlos.

Such a great experience! Company was very communicative about planning, and Jaime and Niguel could not have been cooler or worked harder once they arrived. They were actually ready to move us earlier in the day than expected - I just wish we had been ready for them! Cant recommend enough, hire these guys if you want an easy move.

I had two 16 foot containers from Pack Rat full and these guys did an amazing job unloading it. They hammered BOTH out in about 2 hours. They did a great job, the team was super nice and if they were unsure of where something went, they made sure to ask. Super easy to work with and we had 0 damage.

I absolutely loved working with this business. These guys helped me move from an apartment in Hampden South Denver on July 19, 2020 to an older house in the Speer Neighborhood. The owner himself helped me move, and he was wonderful. He made sure he and his employee were careful with my heavy bedroom furniture, and they were super speedy and efficient while being a charm to work with. I'm using them again for my upcoming move to a 1-bedroom. Highly recommend working with them!! Support local businesses!

They are good people willing to go the extra mile to help. That is the way they were with me. The owner contacted me himself about my job and I was so impressed by that because that is what I use to do with my own business. I believed they were each my customers not my staffs customers. I want do business with Amazon anymore because there is no customer service. Not even through email. Carlos is awesome! they even took my donations to the Salvation Army for me.

My husband and I hired Rhino Brothers for our local move after the company was recommended by Home Advisor . I was hesitant to go with a smaller company because I wanted our move to go smoothly but I saw the recommendation from Home Advisor and the positive reviews so I decided to give them a shot. I wish I would have trusted my first instinct and hired a different company. When I called Rhino Brothers to schedule my move they were very responsive and answered my questions immediately. I told them we would be moving from a five bedroom house to a three bedroom house and we would be taking some furniture but not all. I scheduled my move over a month ahead of time for a 9am - 3pm time slot. On the day of the move I received a call from the person who was going to head the crew for the day. He informed me he was going to bring a fourth person so they could get the move done more quickly. Only once the crew arrived at the house and began moving our stuff did he tell me he was going to charge extra for the fourth person charging $200/hour instead of the $160 we were originally quoted. We needed to move that day so I agreed to the extra cost. Before we left the house we were moving out of we tried to give Rhino Brothers specific directions to our new house since it is hard to find and Google maps takes you to the wrong place. They insisted they did not need directions and they would follow my husband to the house. This worked until they started following someone else and became lost. It took them an additional half hour to get to the house because they got lost, time that we had to pay for. Once they were at the new house they were moving quickly so they could get to another job. Instead of putting all of the beds back together like they said they would they only put one bed, a child's loft bed, back together. They also stacked the majority of the boxes in the garage so they could save time. The entire time they were working with us they were friendly but clearly fishing for a good tip, which we gave them. Once they left we looked at the condition of the bed that was put together and quickly realized they had put it back together wrong, damaged multiple pieces, and even left one of the pieces at the old location. The loft bed that they put back together was bought in June about six weeks before our move. It was in perfect condition before the move. After the move the bed was broken in three different places making it unsafe for our child to use. We also had to retrieve a piece from the old house that had been left behind. Once I realized the bed was broken I immediately reached out to Rhino Bothers and sent them a receipt from my original purchase along with pictures of the damage to the bed. I heard back from Gina who said she would forward the email to Carlos the owner. I then tried to get replacement parts from the company. I was unable to do so because they do not sell replacement parts. I then bought a replacement loft bed and sent the receipt to Gina. After that I never received any more communication from Rhino Brothers about trying to reimburse us for the replacement bed. They ignore my phone calls, my husband's phone calls, and all of my emails. It has now been six weeks since my move and Rhino Brothers has still failed to resolve this issue. Upon further investigation it appears that the company changed names two years ago after receiving some poor reviews. I would not recommend using Rhino Brothers. We didn't end up saving any money on the actual move and we also ended paying, without reimbursement, for a replacement bed. As soon as they mentioned the surprise price hike I should have asked them to leave and called another company who at the very least would have taken responsibility for any damages incurred.

Where do I begin? 1. I contacted Rhino Brothers and Carlos was very nice in regards to giving me the details and letting me know what the process and fees were going to be. 2. I contacted Carlos to ask if I could receive an email in regards to my appointment, I waited a couple of days and still no appointment reminder. Finally I received the email and it was for the wrong date and had the wrong person attached to it. I replied to the email and was told that I was added to the calendar and that the situation was taken care of and my appt would be handled on the day previously agreed. 3. I called Rhino on the day of the move and was told that I was not on the calendar, that someone had made a mistake and that instead of my appointment being at 9 am, it would be sometime around 11:00 4. At 11:00 am, I was told that that the movers needed lunch and that I was next on their list of moves. At 1:30, I was told that they did not have a truck and that they were working on it. I was told how sorry they were and could I wait to move my belongings to the next day. I was supposed to be out of the apartment by that evening and staying another day would of meant that I would have to pay one more day for the apartment which I did not want to do. 5. At around 3:30, I was told that now, **I could get mad** as they were not able to get a truck and she wanted to know what I wanted to do. Just as I was ready to start crying and pulling out my hair, two gentlemen told me that they had rented a U-Haul and were ready to move me. 6. at 4:10 in the afternoon, these wonderful gentleman moved my things to the apartment in less than 2 hours. I never heard from Rhino again. I think what may have happened is that my move was not going to cost as much as the other move that they replaced me with and they decided to give me the runaround because of it. I thank god for the men who did show up eventually to move me, I paid them in cash and hope they did not give Rhino a dime. Like i said before, I was never contacted again and I was never offered a discount for my experience or anything. The only thing that I can do is warn others to stay far away from this company as it is nothing but broken promises.

Moving is not a fun experience but Rhino Brothers definitely made it a whole lot less painful which was so very much appreciated. The two men that moved me had an awesome sense of humor which went a long way in this time of pandemic. Awesome job!!!!
