This company have now dissolved and I'm out 3,000 dollars, a bent garage door, dirty house and stolen materials from the garage.

Mike Cogell did not fulfill the contract and you can't trust him.

All in all it was a positive experience with good results. Got off to a little rough start which was mostly a communication problem. I believe the price was a good value and hopefully time will tell if it solved our wet basement issues.

Explained in detail what they would do to take of the problem that I had with the foundation. Was prompt on getting the work done, and left the yard in a manner you couldn't tell there was any work done. Excellent job.

Mike and his crew were very pleasant to work with. Mike was very careful to know who would be coming or going in the house while they were working. The job was done in a timely manner and they went above and be on to make sure everything was done to prevent water from entering and shoring up the walls. They were fair priced and didn't try to sell other items. They kept everything clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

When providing a quote for the work there was big talk about how they would fix the water issues in the basement and guarantee their work for life. Water issues continued and when we reached out to get the issues resolved phone calls and text went unanswered for many weeks until we contact Home Advisors. Multiple trips to resolve the issue have been made and now that winter is here we are unsure if the latest work has resolved the issues. We hope that should there still be issues in the future they are willing to help resolve those issues. This has caused other home projects to be placed on hold as we needed the space in the basement to store items while the other work was to be done. We have been completely overwhelmed with the situation that has been going on for nearly 5 months and still have no idea if the latest work has resolved the issue which may end up having to be revisited again in the future. We still are unsure if we should move forward with painting and flooring until we know the issue has been resolved and again we may not know until spring another 4-5 months away. This has been a completely frustrating experience and unprofessional on their part for not returning calls.

Our home was built 1890. Coal room, not a load bearing wall leaking into dugout and starting to leach up in dugout dirt floor where furnace was close. The design was common sense. They ran into some issues on a buried sidewalk from years ago (we didn't know was there) but they made a work around plan. Workers very polite, and hard working. Mike is awesome. He isn't out to break the bank. He is out to fix the problem and be as cost efficient as possible. I couldn't be more pleased. A great company and I highly recommend.

I live in the house I was born to. It was built in 1946. The floors were starting to sag. I have gatherings on occasion and I didn't want the floor to fall in. He promised that my floor will never fall. He also went above and beyond by spraying for mold and mildew and bugs. Patched the small cracks in the blocks of the foundation. I was satisfied with the cost. Of course I can't get in my crawl space to check it I feel he did a real good job. He was a very nice man. Plus his workers were very respectful.

I had a drain system installed in my crawl space that wasn't installed incorrectly called Mike he came right out gave me an estimate which sounded to good to be true no one can be his price & I've had the big name guys do work for me and their workmanship doesn't come close to the work Rhino does his workers came on time and were very professional. No one can beat this guys work or his lifetime warranty. This company is the real deal!!

The work was done quickly. We did have one issue and it was difficult to get a return phone call but other than that, it was a good job!

Rhino Dry diagnosed the specific problem and fixed it as opposed to others who wanted big bucks to cover areas not needed. They were also the only one to suggest replacing the window well (the source of the problem) and ended up completely rebuilding it. The work was also done in a timely manner.

Hired them earlier this year for my correcting my flooded basement; his experience, recommendation and work was outstanding and fairly priced; can't say enough about this family-owned company.

Very satisfied with his work and hired him for a second project.
