Rhino Roofing of Jacksonville, LLC

FRUSTRATING! Nothing was done as promised. We asked ahead of time about the fascia and soffit, and were told that would be covered. Nothing but the roof was done. Roofing nails, soda cans, trampled gardens, broken gutters left behind.

Rhino personal was very friendly and accommodating.

The rep Chris is a very professional and friendly. The repair crew did a fantastic job and paid attention to many details. I will definitely consider this team for my future roof projects.

Selected Rhino roofing and set a date for the work to be completed. The day before the appointment they informed me that they needed to move my repair to the following week due to an urgent matter. Set repair for the following Monday. Received a phone call from the scheduling saying that they cannot find my apartment, the same one that they had quoted me a job on. The crew showed up turned around and left. I called rhino roofing the next day and they told me another urgent appointment had come up and they would have to reschedule me. Apparently, my time and me taking off time to meet with the contractors was not worth their business...twice.

Really happy we decided on Rhino. The reps who came to give the quotes were very polite and wore masks. They responded quickly with an estimate. And the work was started on schedule and I was well informed throughout the project. Their quote was fair and a bit under the other 2 quotes we received (a few companies didn't even bother to respond). Their workers were as neat as a roofing project can be and our quote even included the inside ceiling damage being repaired which made it a one stop shop. Great job and thanks, Rhino!

They are very professional, and performed the job very quickly!

Rhino team did an awesome job closing up a hole left by the removal of a wood burning stove. Left the job site perfect. Will be getting gutters from them. They exceeded my expectations.
