I can't rave enough about the guys at Rhino. My house went from an eye sore to the best on the block. I feel like I was on HGTV for how good it turned out to be. Any unexpected issues that arouse were taken care of without hesitation. They showed up everyday put in the hours and produced a quality project. I am very lucky to have found a great group of guys who are responsive, honest and care about their customers.

I hire Rhino to waterproof my basement after a big flood ruined the drywall and flooring. Joe came with his team and assessed the situation, gave me a clear and detailed explanation of what was needed and provided a fair price estimate. The work took a bit longer than expected, but during these times thereâ s a lot of shortages of materials and people, so that is understandable. Rhino kept me informed at all times. After the waterproofing ended, the team also finished the basement - the end result is fantastic. We are extremely satisfied with the work, the service and a fair price. The workers were here first thing each morning and worked the entire day. They were very neat cleaning up as they worked. I'm very pleased with the way the job turned out.

Rhino Exterior Solutions Was amazing. A storm ripped off the siding in the back of our house. They were quick to respond and very informative throughout the process. They work well with the insurance company to get things done quickly. The owner Joe also came out to check in with us and make sure we were happy with the job.

After a year of enjoying the huge improvement Joe Austin and his great team have made to our home, I wanted to thank him, again. Yesterday Hurricane Isaias dumped a huge rainfall on us. Our basement stayed completely dry. Joe continues to have my gratitude. He was thoughtful and knowledgeable and works with a great crew. They accomplished the waterproofing, trench drain, mold remediation, sump pump and wall sealing in only 2 days, June 2019. Excellent work, Joe. Big thanks!

Joe was straight forward, prompt, flexible and delivered as promised. Though I was apprehensive and not looking forward to selecting a roofing contractor, Joe made the process easy, his crew did quality work, and I am very pleased with the result. My wife and I were looking to have our basement waterproofed in preparation for finishing our basement. We had several companies come out to give us estimates, but Joe from Rhino stood out from the pack. He was able to identify the issues we were having and provide workable solutions for us in within our budget. We had a French Drain installed along the 2 problematic walls of our basement as well as a new sump pump and pit. Outside, they also dug out our basement windows to allow for better draining and installed an exterior French Drain as well as improved our downspout drainage. Joe and DJ were fantastic with getting the work done quickly and with minimal interruption to our lives and house. They even left the basement in seeming cleaner and better shape than when they started. Weâ d highly recommend them if youâ re in need of work done on your basement.

Joe and his crew were outstanding. My basement front wall had disintegration of bricks and the cement was breaking away from the wall. The bricks were inspected after cement removal and missing bricks were replaced. A fresh coat of mortar and a coating of dry lock completed the project. They even tried to match the existing paint color. Basement was cleaner then before the project.

Rhino was responsive and did a fine job in waterproofing our basement

Rhino Waterproofing provided the full range of services needed to change our basement from a **ruin** with puddles (to be avoided) into a nice, clean part of our home. This included a trench drain system with sump pump and exterior drainage, as well as cleaning 1930s-era interior stone foundation walls, mold treating the walls, adding a vapor barrier before applying two layers of hard coat with metal screening reinforcement. They mold treated the entire basement after the cement work was completed. They even added a drainage sill in front of the exterior basement entrance. This was not in the contract- they just thought it should be done. We had some breaks in the parging on the interior stairwell from some plumbing work that done previously. Rhino patched that too. They did the work more quickly and cleanly than I imagined was possible. Joe Austin impressed me as a sincere person, his crew is very contentious. I gladly recommend him, he earned it!

Joe and his team at Rhino Waterproofing Solutions were very professional and friendly. I have already recommended them to multiple people at work and in my family. We met Joeâ  s team at the Home and Garden Show in Oaks, PA and scheduled them to come out that week. I believe they came out on a Tuesday and we were able to get started on the project on Friday. Such a fast turnaround! We had some water coming into our basement from walls and our sump pump never turned on in the 3 years we owned the home. We had many companies come out for quotes and I feel that Rhino was the most honest and fair of them all. We told them the problems we had and they helped us figure out what we needed and didnâ  t oversell us on anything. In fact, after we had agreed to one price, Joe had sent the pictures to the Head Contractor that would be working on our basement and he came back and told us that the one option we were going with was overkill and they were able to do the same job for less with a slightly different product. When the team arrived to work on the house everyone was on time. It even began to snow right before the scheduled arrival time and we were nervous it was going to be rescheduled, but everyone showed up. They packed up the stuff in the basement in tight piles so that it wouldnâ  t be in their way and surrounded the areas with plastic to help eliminate dust and dirt getting on everything as much as they could. The team was very efficient and everything was completed in one day. We havenâ  t had any water in the basement and the sump pump has turned on. It is actually so quiet that I wasnâ  t sure it was working so I went ahead and added some water to see if it turned on and sure enough it did. Thank you to Joe and his team at Rhino. I am very happy with everything and I canâ  t wait to finish the basement. You will all be sure to get an invite to the party when it is done. We need to break in the future bar!
