This job was completed in two days to our complete satisfaction. and i might add, with National Grid shut down due to prior storm. The crew actually had a gas powered compressor. the reason for this review today is, that seven years into our warranty, a small bulge appeared in the NE side of roof. we contacted RI Remodeling with our concern. within days, after temperature got out of the mid 90's the roof was repaired, beautifly. Unbelievable to me in this age. Integrity is so refreshing. Highly recommend.

Mike and his crew were, fast, thorough and performed as contracted. They guys left the job clean and neat. They were polite and worked their butts off. The roof had two layers of old shingles with some rotted wood. The team replaced necessary wood and finished in two days.

Mike from RI Remodeling contacted me through a search for Vinyl Siding on another website. He came by and looked at my home. I was concerned because my home was a stucco finish and many of the Siding companies I'd contacted either didn't know how to do the job or gave me a very high estimate. Fortunately Mike had experience with siding stucco and his quote was reasonable so I hired him. His crew showed up when he said they would and got right to work. They ran into some problems with the stucco and it cost them some lengthy delays. But he communicated well with me and he stood by his original estimate which I really appreciated. Everyone on his crew was kind and polite. When I didn't like how they'd placed some of the deck boards, I spoke to Mike and they fixed it quickly. While it was messy while the work was going on I was very impressed by how well the guys cleaned up the yard and made sure everything was put back the way it had been. My neighbor even commented on how great a job they did cleaning up the portion of the lawn next to her, they used magnets to make sure they got every last nail. The house looks fantastic! I am completely satisfied with the job Mike and his crew did on my house.

Mike came out to my house hours within me asking for help on home adviser. He gave me a price and start date. The price was unbeatable as i had 4 other estimates. His Crew showed up on the day scheduled, were totally professional. Had 2 layers of my old roof torn down and cleaned up and a new roof installed within 8 hours. We will be totally using him to repair the rest of the outside damage (siding and window ledges) in the weeks to come. And I would ALWAYS recommend Mike to ANYONE needing roof work. Crew was professional, and paid attention to details. Striped old roofing, cleaned all fallen debris, and installed new roof in very timely fashion.
