Rhyno Pressure Washing

I hired this company last August to clean and stain my deck. They came out and performed the service, which seemed fine at the time. This last spring I noticed the stain was flaking off in several places, especially the stairs, which we very seldom use, and the handrails. I contacted them and they said it must have been bad stain because they did everything that was supposed to be done for the stain to hold up. They said they would re-stain it for me for $150 later in the spring when it warmed up. I tried to contact them in the middle of May, end of May, and middle of June before I received a response that they would be out the following week to fix the deck. It got cancelled 3 times because of rain, which is understandable. The following time it was scheduled they did not show up. I texted and over two hours later I got a response that they were having truck problems and wouldn't make it. After that I tried to contact them 3 different times with absolutely no response. The last time was 3 weeks ago and still no response. I finally gave up and redid the deck myself.
