This company should be closed by the Attorney General of Iowa. My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish and a black hole of time and money. This company is the very definition of fake it till you make it. They promised top-notch quality and expertise in their field. However, what they delivered was shockingly amateurish and sloppy workmanship. It was as if they had no experience whatsoever in laying floors. Uneven cuts all cobbled together by a copious amount of wood glue and tape. The entire installation was a complete shameless mess. My toddler would have done a better job. To make matters even more infuriating, they were incredibly difficult to communicate with. Never answered calls, unclear timelines poor communication between workers. In the end they ghosted us. In hindsight, I feel like I've been conned by these so-called professionals. They took advantage of my trust and deceived me with false promises. I wouldn't recommend this flooring company to my worst enemy. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and money, and look elsewhere for competent and honest professionals who actually know what they're doing.

I was so impressed with the speed and the excellence of RIC flooring. They honored me as a veteran with a significant discount. They finished the work quickly. They provided expert advice when we were making decisions. They cleaned everything when they left. I honestly, couldnâ t be happier. Iâ d give more than 5 stars if I could. The work is beautiful. They were prompt with their communication and upfront with all the costs. I would absolutely recommend them!

Ok except a few things left undone.

we hired jason potts to do an addition end of last year and paid him a partial payment for him to get started. here we are the following year no addition he has not refunded us our money. i called and texted him quite a bit through this horrible experience he texted me a few time promising me he would get the check in the mail when we didnt receive it he said he would personally deliver it to us well still no check and i am back to leaving messages on voicemail with no answer back. Jason went under the name of RIC Flooring so just beware and GOOD LUCK.

I needed someone who could install glass tile as a backsplash in my kitchen. They sent a young man who said he would just use mastic. I told him he had to use a special product for glass. He did go to a big box store & get what was needed. However I have an entire top edge of glass that is chipped because the young man was not trained in cutting glass. Before he started to install the tile I called RIC & questioned them about the young man wanting to use mastic & told them I had watched several videos & I had some but limited idea about what I was talking about. The guy told me that I needed to trust the installer & that the the man I spoke to at Home Depot was just trying to sell me product I didn t need, just to make money. He was very rude & shut me down. I will not be recommending RIC in Marion, Iowa

Buying a new house is stressful, and knowing that going into a used house, you need work done, the owner at RIC Flooring made this part of it all, getting a new floor put in, very relieving, he was very upfront with cost and potential problem areas and very open about the updates and changes that needed to be made as they started their work. Very happy with the outcome and very willing to pay the reasonable price for all the time effort and care they put in!

Great service. Great prices.. Great work

I hired them to put in blown in insulation and Fanfold PInk wrap insulation and siding on the house with also windows. My issue is they put the pink wrap insulation on but it has blown off before he put on the siding, The siding has not been started and the windows have not been started. I will not hear from him a week at a time and try to find out when he is going to do the job, He told me he was going to be here on Monday but no show and no call. Tuesday no show no call.
