Rich and his wife, Amber, were extremely helpful throughout the entire remodel. They came in on time and under budget for the project. Our condo is a second home and we weren't able to see the progress, first hand until they were finished. Rich anticipated our questions and put us at ease with the process, while Amber nailed it on the design side. Their attention to detail and professionalism are hard to find. You won't be disappointed if you hire Rich for the construction and Amber for the design.

Rich helped us renovate a condo we recently purchased. He was a pleasure to work with, always responding to emails, calls or text messages right away. Rich is very professional and far exceeded our expectation in many ways and I felt like he made us a priority, even when he had multiple projects in the works. Rich completed many projects for us in a short period of time, renovating our bathroom top to bottom (it now has the modern and clean look we were going for); retiling our kitchen floors; demoing and restoring our old, out of date fireplace with new stone, relocating our mantel and retiling the hearth area (it is truly the focal point of the entire space and is spectacular!); building new frames and casings for our doors and replacing the old doors with beautiful new wood doors; demoing and preparing our kitchen counters for granite; along with many small projects that we couldn't do on our own. Rich even took the time to give my husband and I advice and guidance on DIY projects did ourselves. Rich realized we were on a tight budget and worked hard to come within our budget constraints, while still maintaining stellar results! Rich strived to make us happy with his work and went above and beyond. Our Condo looks FANTASTIC, if you saw pictures of it before and after, you would not believe they were the same place! I feel lucky to have found Rich and am so happy with his work. I would call Rich again with any future projects and would definitely recommend him! Rich Wedlake is a perfectionist. He is extremely skilled, worked around my schedule (I work at home so this was challenging), and came in on time at or under budget for every component of our home remodel. When people come into our house, they often comment on how nice the interior is. That is 100% thanks to Rich. I referred him to my father for a custom closet project. My dad is- let's be charitable and say "detail oriented"- and even my VERY finicky father raved about Rich's attention to detail. Rich painted my condo when I moved in, and at a later time, I hired him to do a list of Handyman projects. He has always been dependable, trustworthy, and a perfectionist, taking pride in the quality of his work. His fees are very reasonable, and in my case, talked me out of going ahead with projects, eventhough it was a loss for him. I am planning to replace my floor tile some time in the near future, and you can be sure he will be the one I will call!
