"Work was performed with a signed Estimate. The Work Order signed approving the work completed and the Invoice was signed giving approval for payment for services. The homeowner had the credit card company reversed $508 of the charges and still owes a balance on the Invoice amount. After submitting the signed Estimate, signed approval of work completed and signature to pay the amount of the Invoice and pictures of the work completed. The credit card company reversed the charges. The owner wanted to hold back $300 until the permit was finaled out. The municipality failed the inspection because the owner wants to convert a barn into a residence and the amount to bring the barn up to code was excessive. So the homeowner felt he should not pay the balance owed because he is not willing to pay for additional work needed to covert his barn. We did the work he contracted us for, the homeowner approved it, but refuses to pay the balanced owed...you decide who's not a man of his word."

I have the same reaction when I go to Chic-fil-a. But when you consider the price difference to their competitors, it seems to justify the extra couple of dollars. The reason Chic-fil-a's prices are higher is because they have to pay more to deliver an "excellent" product and train their staff "to really know what they are doing". Our technicians are certified, back ground checked, wear clean and neat uniforms, and are highly skilled. The phone is answered by a highly qualified dispatcher that has been in this field for over 25 years. We call ahead to let you know they are on the way to your home, and arrive within the promised 2 hour window. I cannot tell you how many times I have taken time from work to meet a serviceman to have them not show up or call to cancel. I am sure you can find other companies that are slightly less. But I can promise you this, it will reflect in the quality of service they can afford to deliver. We found in 31 years of being in business, when we were one of the lowest priced in our industry, our online reviews were not as great as they are now. I hope you understand and will consider using us again for your electrical needs. Like Chic-fil-a, you will receive the exact same "excellent" services next times as well."
