Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
They were $2,000 cheaper than the next lowest quote for the same Bryant 15 SEER heat pump. Richard reserved the unit after our first conversation on Sunday so when I told him I wanted him to do the install on Wednesday evening he was able to line up the crane and do the install on Friday. Richard and his son showed up on Friday morning when they said and had the old unit removed and were ready for the crane when it arrived at 3:00. They had the new unit installed and tested, and the mess cleaned up by 5:30. I chose BC- AC & Heating because of the price and

I believe I caught them smoking weed in my driveway before starting the job, but I was desperate to get my ac working so I did not say anything. A week after they got my ac working it stopped again. Ended up just buying a new unit because they said the contract was only to install the compressor, not sure it would last or work properly. Basically did the work to make a quick buck knowing that it would eventually fail. When they got back to me when I wanted to get some money back. Told me that I was just trying to get free services and took me and I quote: **I have 2000 dollars worth of tools and not one of them will fix stupidity**... Never use these guys. Trust me!
Response from BCAC and Heating
"I have met this man and cant trust him,now he's asking you as perfect strangers to "TRUST ME"I told this customer that this could potentially happen again, he had it diagnosed by another company and My exact words were "I'm not sure this is your only problem but I know it's a major contributor to the issues that you are having, I cannot guarantee the operation of the system and you will have to sign a contract stating such" AND HE DID He said "I don't care I'm just DESPERATE to try it" So, I reluctantly agreed. The next time I will listen to that little voice in my head. I run my company on morals, ethics, standards, values, and most of all IN"
