I could not recommend this contractor any higher. He has done work at both my home and business. He does a lot of other work besides roofing Does exactly what he says he will do. He is responsive and if he cannot help he can recommend others that can. Also, Richard is extremely respectful of my property - cleaning up after each day. He also follows up to ensure total customer satisfaction. I will not use another contractor and I highly recommend him to anyone.
