we had a horrible ice damming problem this winter and delete King was coming in by the buckets. Called 3 contractors and only 2 showed up and only one really impressed us up an inspection to figure out the problem and solve it. ricky and metro detroit roofs were super responsive and really stood out compared to the competition. All in all the leak fixed has been 100% successful and I would definitely recommend and will be using this company again. Thanks Ricky and metro Detroit roofs again for your help in getting that horrible problem solved

When I contacted Metro Detroit Roofs they came to my house within 2 hours. The roof repairman Josh was very friendly and explained everything he was doing to fix the roof and explained the condition of my roof. He did a thorough repair job on my shingles. When he was done you could not tell that I had 2 bad shingles. I would recommend Metro Detroit Roof to everyone and my repairman Josh is a true expert in roof repair it does not get any better.

The owner Rick is a super nice guy who is honest and up front. He knows his business and he aims to please. Rick came out himself several times. He responded promptly to my call. He was here within 30 minutes in a rainstorm to locate leak in roof. Top notch customer service. Once the leak was repaired he came over again, went in attack removed wet insulation and replaced. That was over and above. Most companies would not even respond during their busy season especially not for a repair. This company squeezed me in after their long hot day in the sun to do the work. Marty did a lot of the repair work and was very professional and knowledgeable. I would hire them again.

Not a review guy but when I do take the time to do this, it's for either horrible service, or amazing service. I'm happy to inform you all it is the latter. Rick was a very impressive young person and I can see he and this company doing very well cause he was a straight shooting man of his word and i can appreciatetete that. Plus, you can just tell that this company wants to help you, cares about doing a good fair job and are building a reputation from the ground up that they truly care about. Kudos gentlemen and thanks for the gorgeous roof.

There was some leakage in one of our rooftop tanks due to which there was moisture in our fore walls. Metro Detroit Roofs company repaired our roof and resolved the issue within no time. They laid the best waterproof material on the whole roof and especially beneath the tanks. All the work was quickly finished. We are so amazed to avail of their services.

We got the wooden ceiling done last year. A certain leakage in our roof was really alarming for us as this could damage our costly ceiling. It was my son 18th birthday and we decided to have a party on our terrace. But the roof was really in a very bad condition. Super Clean for everything done in a day!! I was worried being at a busy intersection in Bloomfield MI after a nasty couple years getting beat by hail and storms. WONDERFUL job!! I contacted Metro Detroit Roofing on the recommendation from a friend who had work done on their roof by Ricky the owner. I called him because I had a critter in my attic and also wanted a quote on insulation. Ricky contacted me the same day I reached out to him and was at my house a day later. He thoroughly checked everything, took pictures, patiently explained everything to me. His quote was EXTREMELY reasonable and fair! He was at my house yesterday to complete all of the work and even shoveled my walkway! Hired Rick to replace some missing shingles. He was able to find some that very closely matched what I currently have and installed them without any problems. You can barely notice that they have been replaced. The cost of the work was reasonable and the work was great.

Had an excellent experience and would definetly recommend and hire again. I had pretty small job, but with it being a hole in my roof due to storm damage it was a pretty big deal to me. Ricky re-arranged his schedule to make sure I had a patch in place before some impending rain, and had the permanent repair in place as soon as the rain cleared. Excellent customer service and communication throughout the process, and a very reasonable price.

Rick was very professional and worked with me to figure out where the leak in my roof originated from. It turned out to be a pipe that was vented thru the roof from a bathroom installed in my basement, done by someone else, the pipe wasn t sealed properly. I was very pleased with his dedication to his work. I will be calling him to replace gutters and eventually replace my roof. I also recommended Rick to a friend that needed a new roof. She told me the city inspector said whoever did your roof knew what they were doing I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good roofing company
