    Richard followed up within minutes of the Angi form completion. He set an appointment to come and see the state of the current door and within an hour of seeing it called with 3 price options and worked with us and our budget. He installed the new door at the exact time he promised and finished within the time he predicted. Richard accepted my AMEX and hauled off the debris from the old door. This is a very nice man who deals honorably with his customers and keeps his promises. I may build a new building in the future and I know who will put the garage doors on it. Richard!

    Richard responded to our request very quickly and came to us to review the next day and gave us a quote while there. We were able to schedule the work within 2 weeks, and we were even able to take advantage when an earlier installation slot opened up. The installation work was done professionally and on time and we were completely satisfied with the work. Recommended.

    Mr Ellis installed a new garage door and opener, added thick weatherstripping, and repaired some damaged siding. He did an awesome job. He was prompt, he communicated, and he is very kind.

    We contacted Richard Ellis about a garage door replacement, he was here the next day to discuss what we wanted. He gave us a price quote that same day. After waiting for other contractors to give us quotes, we selected Richard Ellis Door Company to replace our existing door. He came promptly when scheduled and finished the job in about 4 hours. We really liked the new door and appreciated his work.

    Richard is on time, goes right to the project, stays at it until the job is completed, He did a great job installing our new garage door and our new garage door opener! I gave him a 5 star rating, but he exceeded that! I would recommend him to anyone who needs a new door!
