"The project was to remove siding off of an existing home and to reinstall fiber cement board. The project also included installing material along the soffit. The existing soffit was recently installed incorrectly and with material that would rot in less then a year. We would have had to remove the existing soffit prior to installing new material. The customers assessment of the cost of one fiber cement board is correct but the customer is not taking the cost of removing the existing material or the cost of labor, insurance or any overhead items into account. We stride to provide professional quality construction at a reasonable price."
