Water main leak under planter area near driveway. problem was quickly diagnosed and quickly repair. down time was kept at a minimum.
Seemed a bit pricey but their work was excellent as were their friendliness. Made sure not to cause any mess from their shoes and work process.
The guys did a great job and did it within 24 hours of contacting them. I thought it was just a simple sink clog, but I was told that because of the Home Depot pedestal sink, the job would cost more. I think the price was a bit high, but admitting that Richard identified some other issues that needed attention. I needed the work done, and agreed to the price, so really no foul on Richard's part. Great communication, quality work, and certainly experienced. I'm not sure if I could have had the job done cheaper.....
Richard and Ira showed up within 15 minutes of my call. They did a tidy job of excavating for replacing the main line by keeping all the dirt and turf on sleds, making it easy to replace afterwards. They installed a shunt to my front yard irrigation system so that if that went out in future, I wouldn't have to turn off water to the house, and they added a pressure regulator to keep the rest of my elderly pipes from bursting until I am ready to replace those too (really old galvanized plumbing). The price turned out to be almost double because of the extra features, but I understood both the logic and the necessity and was glad they were able to do it.
Over the phone Richard was really wonderful. During the job he seemed a bit edgy. I asked him about it but he just said he needed to get to another job. I didn't ask for a rush or anything, he could have said to come another time. He was the one that said he'd be there in 15 mins. So his feeling rushed wasn't due to me. However, the work was excellent and extremely prompt. And he had all the equipment needed to do the job. These are trying times and perhaps that was causing his edgeness. But the work was superb and I'd gladly call on him again if I needed a plumber. And I'd recommend him to anyone that I know if they needed one.
Great and quick Service, Chicago plumbing installed our new water heater the same day that I called for service. Thank you.
Richard and his helper were on time, and did a good job replacing my 40 gal. gas water heater. They upgraded the water heater and fixed the other issues with it. I feel it was a good value for my money. Very easy to talk to.
Did a bunch of projects for us - faucets, drip line and shower. Dependable.
Richard and his staff member were on time and did a good job on cleaning and repairing my tankless water heater. Later when I had to use the sink bathroom the water was coming out very low. I texted Richard about the concern. He texted my back at 6am and was at the house by 9am to fix the issue. I’m very pleased with his work and will call him again when needed.
