If this guy is still on your list, you NEED TO REMOVE HIM. He was drunk on the job, never took out a permit, endangered our family, cost us thousands and is trouble with the state license board.

I own a condo in the South End of Boston. I hired Rich to install a jacuzzi tub, to complete tile work around the tub, and to make variety of other small fixes (re-caulk under toilet, fix loose sink handles, increase temperature of shower, etc.) Overall, he did an excellent job. He showed up when he said he would and would call if he was going to be even ten minutes late because of traffic. I was faxed a contract and paid half of the costs on the day work began and the balance when the work was finished. His men did a great job and were all very professional, neat and courteous. I've had some nightmare experiences working with contractors/plumbers before, and I was surprised to find that this was a pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend Rich for any project, large or small.
