Richard gave a the most detailed quote and had the best price. He explained things well and addressed all of my concerns. He had a detailed payment schedule which allowed review of each step of the construction and updated me with photos of the progress during the day. I was a little worried that he had only one review on Servicemagic, but he started using the service only recently. I had some issue later with the appearance of the concrete patio which was resolved satisfactorily. I would definitely recommend Richard and his people.

Mr. Lusk was very professional. He was always punctual and courteous. He communicated with us every morning regarding our project and updated us via e-mail every night. His crew was very professional. Every person in his crew knew what to do and how to do it without overstepping each other. Mr. Lusk informed us regarding the time it will take to finish the project and it was done exactly on time. My project was done very fast and accurate. Mr. Lusk finished our project within our budget and his determination to deliver a perfect job was great.
