Richard was able to come to our home on the same day. We have had significantly reduced hot water in the master shower, even after cartridge replacement. His knowledge and experience led him to think outside the box and found a broken metal clip that was blocking the hot water valve opening. It now works like a champ...monsoon like! How wonderful. The cost ended up being so much less than a previous plumber who ws going to open the back- facing wall to insert a new valve. I would recommend Richard to anyone to wants the knowledge and longer experience of a real plumber.

Hire them! He called right away. Arrived on time. Was friendly. Worked quickly. Repaired rather than just replace my leaking faucet. Actually had the part in his truck. Reasonable cost. What more could anyone want? Hire them, you wont regret it.

Richard did a great job and fixed everything for a fair price. He is also prompt and friendly. I referred him to my brother who is also pleased with his work. I highly recommend him.

Richard responded very quickly . Even though he was most cost effecive, it was still an expensive job as plumbing projects are.

Richard called within an hour of me calling him. He came out the next morning. My bathroom sink was leaking. He was able to repair what I had. He had all parts on his truck so all was completed quickly. i appreciated that he was honest with me and I did not have to spend the extra money for a brand new faucet. Definitely will hire him again. I only gave 4 stars for money because I have no idea of costs of plumbers.

Richard quoted me a price on the phone and didn't change it when the job required another part to finish the job correctly.

They were on time & if they were going to be late they called. The knew plumbing & we're professional. The job was done, satisfied me. I would recommend the & use them again. They cleaned up after themselves & took oldsters away. I liked that.

Replaced wax seal on 1 toilet, remove and replace 1 toilet, Remove and replace 1 dishwasher. I furnished materials. Cost $330.00 seems high to me.

Called late afternoon, they were here in 30 min. Excellent work and saved $200 from other estimates. I would recommend Richard to anyone needing plumbing work. Neat, clean, personable and did more than was expected. Really outstanding, don't see this quality of workmanship and character much anymore.

This was a call back for Richard from me. Very pleased with overall demeanor and professional attitude and knowledge. Nice personality, just enough conversation exchanged. Would hire again in the future.

I called on Tuesday afternoon and given an appointment for Thursday AM. Wednesday they called me and told me they had an opening if I was available and they fixed my toilet in no time at all and the price was VERY reasonable. The plumber cleaned up the area and left it spotless before he left. I called my neighbor and my sister and gave them this plumbers number for when they have a need.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality that I received with this company. They are very responsive, came when they said they would, were fast and I know that they did an excellent job.

Richard was very prompt and was extremely pleasant . He replaced faucet cartridges in four of my faucets, and answered several questions I had about my plumbing . He was careful, and left things clean. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have had Richard and his team at my property to replace hot water heaters. The team showed up at the expected scheduled time. They worked together and had the job completed within a short time. Richard not only installed the new water heaters, he also corrected the inferior workmanship of the original hot water heaters plumbing feeds. He ensured the new heaters had secure plumbing lines and quality shut offs. I am thankful that I had Richard doing this job. In short, Richard Sturgeon is professional, courteous and trustworthy.

Fast response by phone. Gave me a couple of option to fix over phone, but suggested he come by for a free estimate first so there wouldn't be extra cost to what we had originally talked about. Came out quickly to resolve problem. No mess left. Friendly, pleasant personality. Answered all my questions and was very informative. All fixed in timely fashion. Would hire again if needed. Very professional and friendly. He cleaned up all the debris and left the area neat. He stuck to his quoted price, even though he encountered other issues when he removed the faucet to be replaced. We really felt we got a good value for our money and will definitely call him again when we have other plumbing jobs.
