Zierman Plumbing & Heating has been serving the Santa Maria Valley since 1950 when Russell Zierman Sr. moved his existing business out from Tennessee. It was Zierman Plumbing & Heating that installed plumbing and heating in the very first housing tract in Santa Maria, which still stands today. In 1980 Ric Zierman took over the business from his father and added plumbing service & repair. Today we have our shop at 2341 Meredith Ln. in Santa Maria. Ric built the shop with the help of subcontractors and owns the building. He also built the building next door to the shop, which was Zierman Plumbing & Heatings first Commercial construction project. Over the years we have phased out the new construction aspect of our business and focused on service & repair in both plumbing and heating. Zierman Plumbing & Heating has always had very close ties to the community and intends to continue the family tradition of excellent service to Santa Maria and the entire Central Coast. Zierman Plumbing & Heating specializes in installation and service of all plumbing, heating, as well as drain service. We provide installation, maintenance and repair on all brands.
