Richards did a great job installing my new HVAC unit on the agreed to day and in the specified time. The inspector had one small critique regarding the joint taping but they came out the next day to promptly resolve the issue.

Not only did they give me an excellent price, but they had their project manager come out in advance of the scheduled day to look at the small shed where the unit was to make sure everything would be ready as soon as the crew arrived on the scheduled work day. The actual day, the crew stayed late to make sure everything was finished in one day. Outstanding customer service from Henry and his crew!

They explained things thoroughly, came in with the best price for what I wanted, gave me tips (documented) on how I could save money by installing both the furnace and a/c at the same time. They arrived and completed on time, and left everything clean.

Highly experienced and knowledgeable owners of the business. Jim heard my requirement of needing to replace the HVAC system and the water heater in my condo over the phone and knew exactly what I was talking about and even gave me a quote over the phone. He did come in the next day to take a look at the existing system and said that it was exactly like he imagined it. Later I got an official quote from him which was the same as what he had quoted over the phone. The quote blew every other quote out of the waters. There was another company that I got referred by Home Advisor which was actually 50% more than Richards AC Company!!!! I wonder if the other company was going to install gold plated pipes instead of copper pipes! ;-) It took them a full day and a half to get this job done and were a highly professional crew. Best part is they were the only company that did not ask for a deposit or anything just the fact that I confirmed with Jim over the phone was enough. I verbally confirmed on a Friday and they started work on Monday morning! Such an excellent experience that I don't think I will ever go to anyone else for my HVAC and plumbing needs!

I needed the HVAC replaced right away. They called me the next morning, provided an estimate to install and did the work the next day. There is a 93 year old frail tenant in the unit, so it was important to get the work done so that she was not too uncomfortable without air conditioning. These folks are real pros.

They provided a very reasonable quote in a timely manner. They were able to schedule the project around my timetable. They were very professional and the new system has worked fabulously.
