Richard's Appliance Repair

They were assigned by our warranty company. Two technicians came and they told me that cannot provide a service because of the dishwasher nor removable. After that, we waited for a report from them to the warranty company for more than two weeks (all those times they were not picking up phone calls and were not responding). This company cooperates with warranty companies, scamming customers, telling the same thing as to why they cannot perform a job but continue to collect $100 for each diagnostic. Our dishwasher removable, other company came here, pulled out and we waiting for a part now, They also said it was not a big deal to remove it, and it is a part of service when repairing dishwashers. A scam company, beware! Look for someone else when looking for a provider and check reviews before scheduling!

Kevin tried his best to save our fridge. He was thorough and professional. I felt he went the extra mile in providing service. I was pleasantly surprised to be charged only the service fee and not for parts he had purchased and installed because the fridge couldn't be repaired. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Customer service was exceptional, appointment times were convenient, the repairman arrived on time and was courteous (wore shoe covers), knowledgeable (explained exactly what the problem was and even showed me the broken part) and personable. I would definitely use this business again and recommend to others with confidence.
