Steve came out and told us about the workings of the stove. He checked out the stove and told us it was working fine. He only charged $49.00 for the service call because he didn't see anything wrong. This was very fair.

Steve called early in the appointment window , and arrived shortly after. He completed the repair with a running commentary and much less effort than I would've expended. The cost, while much less than replacing the micro wave oven, was a touch high for removing two panels and replacing a ten dollar micro switch. Still worth it.
