Mr. Richards is a rare find,...he efficiently, and expertly does exactly what he tells you he will do. He is a perfectionist, who takes care and pride in his work, it was like he was working on his own home. He even cleans up after himself as he works. I was thrilled with his work ethic and will ask him for service again. I believe he is trustworthy! Wow, isn't that a nice bonus? COMPLETELY SATISFIED!

Old School Work Ethic. Took His Time. Had every tool needed within his grasp. Knows his business better than anyone I Have Ever Seen. No Hesitation About The Direction He Wanted To Go. Mr. Richards did a wonderful job for us - we had carpet that had become badly bunched up in places due to improper installation & he as able to fix it & it looks great now. He responded quickly to our request, was very professional & friendly & very conscientious with his work. His fee was very fair & we will be hiring him again for another job.

I received a call within an hour and Mr. Richards was able to come by after he finished the current project. My carpet is now repaired! A very pleasant experience since the 3 other companies I contacted (not recommended by this site) did not return my call.

With more than 30 years of experience this guy knows his stuff. He got out about 85% of the wrinkles in our poorly installed carpet. That said, he can't perform miracles. If you have heavily used carpet poorly installed, he can't make it look like new, but he can make it look a LOT BETTER. He's brother is a carpet cleaner, and also excellent. A great one-two punch!
