The price was in line with other bids i got. The quality was very good but there are always things that are not perfect, the reason for a 4.5 verses 5.0. Jeremiah was very professional and kept in touch throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jerimiah went out of his way to help when I discovered missing shingles late on a day rain/ice was predicted overnight. He took care with ladder placement, the repair, and photographing the areas needing attention that weren't easily seen from the ground. He carefully explain the causes, options, and patiently answered all my questions. He did quality work beyond my expectations.

First Work (2012): Jeremiah and the company installed a metal roof and gutters on our home. His crew arrived at 7 am and didn't quit till dark on any given day; they worked through a Saturday and Sunday. In addition, out of kindness, they repaired a patch of our already existent porch tin that had been crumpled earlier in the year. They worked fast, cleaned up immediately, and were polite, respectful, and easy to have around. I will hire them back for all my building projects. There's something comforting about hiring neighbors. Second Work (2019): To Jeremiah and all the guys after our 8th giant house project over 10 years: roof, porch, windows, painting, laundry room, ceilings, floors, bathroom, together! What another GREAT job you have done for us! LOVE the bathroom, and cannot thank you enough for brainstorming the most efficient/cheapest set up for the plumbing. Aarons door is beautiful. We could not dream of having a more hardworking, smart, mindful, pleasant bunch of fellas than Dave, Jacob, you, and of course our beloved Mr. Bill....working with us--feels like family, to be honest. Oh! and who knew having 2! outside spigots (at the knee, not ankle height) was such a luxury? Also, Ashley in the office is great to work with...You guys rock.

I ended up using a contractor that a family member suggested which also was buying my vehicle. If that not be the case I would have definitely used Richards Construction. During the quoting process they were punctual, courteous, and very knowledgable. I will definetly keep them in mind for other projects.

They were polite and accommodating and worked very hard to get the roof finished before rains came. Our new metal roof looks great and Jeremiah called to follow up after the installation to make sure we were satisfied. We hope to be able to use them in the future for other projects around our home.

They came out later that day when I called, on time, and jumped right in and figured out the problem with the leak in my roof. They fixed it and were very courtious and professional.
