Richard's Floor Covering

My wife and I discover Richard through home advisor. He was very timely with his ability to come out and conduct an estimate. Furthermore, he went the extra mile to not only provide the estimate but go all the way back to Kerrville from San Antonio and accomplish the job the same day!!! Simply terrific. My wife Shanna and I highly recommend his professionalism and workmanship. We look forward to using him again for other future floor projects. Thanks Richard!

We hired Richard Burton to install luxury vinyl tile in our new cabin. We secured multiple bids before selecting him. We found his pricing to be extremely fair and more than competitive. We ultimately selected him due to his many years of experience and because he showed us areas where we could save money. Other contractors bid things that were unnecessary. He was extremely honest and the quality of his work was exceptional with a keen eye for small details. We were so impressed with his work that we told him we would be calling him to install all of the flooring in our future home.

We hired Richard to replace our carpet with wood looking tile and we couldn't be happier. He was honest, accommodating, reasonable priced, and reliable. He promptly resolved a grout issue and handled any concerns I had throughout the process.

Richard did a fantastic job for me today in stretching some buckling carpet throughout my home that is 7 years old. We were even able to leave a few of the bigger pieces of furniture in the den, and he could work around them. I really appreciated that. Fair price for a good job, too.

Richard was a very reliable person and did a great job on replacing the flooring.

Richard gave us a very reasonable estimate to install 1100 sq ft of hardwood flooring. He gave us detailed information on exactly what to buy & was available by phone to answer questions while we were at the store. (The store owner thought we were experienced, when, in fact, we were just telling him what RIchard told us!) His estimated completion date was only delayed because 1) his employee wasn't able to show up the first day & 2) his table saw died the morning of the third day, so he had to purchase another one before he could complete the project. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Richard is a great person to work with. He was efficient and did the work on a timely fashion. He was here when he said he would be here. His pricing was very fair! I would highly recommend him and certainly would use him again.

Richard was professional, courteous, on time, on budget, and all around fantastic to work with. He was the only carpet installer out of 12 that I contacted that actually called me back and followed through with a quote. Granted, our business is located 60 miles outside of San Antonio, but it's so frustrating when contractors don't even call you back, or tell you they will do something and not follow through. Richard is not one of these flaky contractors...just the opposite. He took the time to drive to my location to inspect the job, had me a quote within 24 hours, and completed my job in a timely manner. He is one of those guys that cares about his work and his professionalism. I highly recommend Richard and would definitely use him again.

Richard are his worker installed laminate floors and did a very good and professional job. They were punctual, courteous, and hard working. Richard, at a later date, installed carpet in 2 bedrooms. Again, he did a great job. I would definitely recommend him to others.

A job well done! Richard showed up 15 minutes early for the job. He replaced bamboo flooring that had buckled in the middle of a bedroom because the guy that installed it in the first place did not install it properly. The flooring that Richard worked on looks better than the rest of the flooring in the rest of the house. I highly recommend him and will be having him back to work for us again. My friend is already asking for his card so she can get him to do a job for her. Also, Richard is very polite, professional and knowledgeable about his industry.

You will not find a better value for your dollar nor will you find a more professional crew. These guys were clean and professional and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. The job I hired them to do was very difficult and Richard went well beyond our expectations to make sure the floor was properly repaired and prepared to lay the new tile before his crew came in. I am more than amazed by the results. Richard and his crew have outdone themselves. I Highly recommend Richards Floor Covering for all of your flooring needs.
