Mr. Richards changed our lives with the renovations that he made to our home. I can't recommended him enough. Great man all the way around.

I had at least 5 Contractors come and give me quotes to finish our basement (1600 sq ft.) After each of them came I asked Daniel to come back again to go over everything. I felt the most comfortable with him and could tell he was honest and dependable, and I was right! Daniel provided answers to all of my questions during the job and suggested some great ideas! My family and I couldn't be happier with the job he did. I highly recommend Richards Homes and will be contacting him first for any future jobs! Thank you Daniel!

We had to fire the contractor who started our job and then went out to local contractors for bids. We then interviewed 2 contractors. One doubled the price that it should be and the other wanted us NOT to go to the job site until job was completed. (For a custom home???) We then found Richards Homes through an excavator that we used. What a difference. Most contractors don't want to step into the middle of a project that went bad. But, Daniel worked with us in every way to give us the home of our dreams at a reasonable price. His subcontractors were top notch. Fast and efficient and always cleaned up after their day. Daniel always remained cool about all of the inevitable problems that pop up on a custom build and just got the job done. You won't find better that Richards Homes.

Richards Homes was one of six bids we got to finish the basement in our new home. He was one of two who gave us what we asked for including a copy of his insurance and contractors license. We checked his references, which all came back glowing. We can't say enough about how easy Daniel is to work with. You can't go wrong with Richards Homes. One more glowing recommendation!

Working with Richards Homes, LLC was a good experience for me, they listened to what I wanted done and it was preformed almost exactly as I wanted. Granted, with any type of construction, there will be changes made all through the process and most companies have more than one project going on at the same time, but Daniel Richards was there on every change to keep things in constant progress. I was amazed that my deck went up in just 2 days and my whole 4 room project was completed within 30 days. I am very pleased with everything and I'm enjoying my home even more now.

ABSOLUTLEY the best contractor I have ever had! Daniel is so easy to work with and his prices are very reasonable. He cleans up after work each day and has kept me informed every step of the way..All the Sub-contractors he uses are also friendly and trustworthy, I had no problem leaving for work while they were there.. I will be having Daniel back for all of my future work.

Daniel was an excellent contractor! He finished over 600 square feet of our basement in a couple of months at high quality AND at a very reasonable cost. He was very flexible with requests that we made throughout the whole process and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. We had our home built new 4 years ago and experienced the whole building process then. We felt like the quality of Daniel's work surpassed that of our original home builder. Daniel worked long days and got a lot done quickly at a high quality. Nothing sat still too long and there was constant progress. We love how our basement looks!

Daniel finished our basement for us. He was professional and did a fantastic job. The subs he uses do great work too - Tiler, Drywall, Electrical and Plumbing.

Richards' Homes, LLC was a joy to work with! They were responsive to my needs, and accomplished the work well beyond my expectations! They did a complete renovation on an old log cabin, taking down to just 3 exterior walls, and rebuilt it and made 2 additions, which turned it into a very quaint and cozy cottage.
