Was able to arrange for a next day pick-up. Richards was available to pick up same day I called. Unfortunately, new furniture hadn't been delivered yet. Quite happy with their quick response.

The two workers showed up close to on time. They were extremely polite and accommodating. All I had to do was point and they hauled away 30 yards of stuff. My basement and garage are free of clutter and junk!
