Choosing Richard Painting & Home Improvements for our basement remodeling was a positive experience overall. The estimate was fair and competitive, the team made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the project, and they maintained a clean and organized workspace. The quality of their workmanship was exceptional, delivering a beautifully finished basement that exceeded our expectations. One area they could improve upon is communication regarding their work schedule. There were times when we were unsure which days they would be on-site, which caused some minor inconveniences. Despite this, we are very satisfied with their work and would recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality home renovations. We would use them again for future projects.

Terrible. We had him paint the house 2 times. First time it was the wrong color (& we paid him in full). The second time (a darker color) we contracted with him to REPAINT the entire house (& given a 50% deposit) however he refuses to repaint the house trim (which has dark paint spattered around. He wants to touch up the trim & it was my understanding that he was going to repaint the entire house to include the trim. This contractor is not reliable, does shoddy work . My recommendation is "BUYER BEWARE''. i GIVE HIM A 1 STAR RATING

Painting was committed for 10 days but took 12 due to holidays in between. Cost is fair. Quality is good but lot of my flooring, carpet, wood, tiles were damaged by workers. Overall satisfactory work.
