"Richard's Appliance, Plumbing & Sewer Cleaning On 11/18/16 our plumbers were at the customers home. Our plumbers snaked the tub drain from the overflow to the stack. The clog was cleared and tested good for draining properly. Customer was given an estimate for repairs to stop leaking. *No call back that the drain was not working properly! *6 months go by with no call! On 04/25/17 our plumbers replaced the waste and overflow, a section of pipe, and proper couplings. The new plumbing repairs were tested properly for leaks and no leaks were found. This repair was necessary as the old pipes were corroded and faulty. On 04/27/17 our plumbers were called back for another leak. Our plumbers tested the repairs they did for leaks. No leaks were found. Upon further investigation, our plumbers found the leak was coming from water exiting the shower onto the floor and draining into the basement from the toilet water supply. Our plumbers caulked the area. *No call back that said customers were still leaking! *Almost 1 year goes by with no call! On 04/17/18 our plumbers went to the customers home. Our plumbers found that water rolling off the tub was leaking through the wall. One of our plumbers were downstairs and one was in the bathroom to find this leak. Our plumbers did not need to remove the access panel for this. From the basement you can see all the pipes to the bath and where it was leaking from. Since this was a different area leaking from a year ago it was not a warranty job. Our plumbers caulked the area and advised customers to not get it wet for 12 hours. They were charged minimum labor of $89.00. Our plumbers couldn't test the caulked area for leaks at this time as it needed to dry for 12 hours. *The next day the customer called us complaining about paying the full amount, so as a courtesy of being a repeat customer we refunded $49.00. Said customer did not ask us back for still having a leak, just wanted the refund. When the customer called about the refund and mentioned the leak, 12 hours had not past yet. The leak they were talking about could be from the caulk not yet dry all the way. After the refund, they wanted refunded for work done a year ago which they were not having a problem with. *Customer states they sent us copies of their receipts, we did not receive any. Customers also states they took pictures, we did not receive any. In any plumbing situation, you can have more than one leak and more than one problem! Obviously from the repairs listed above, said customer has multiple issues. This is what the customer sent us: On 11/18/2016, we called Richard?s Plumbing for a clogged bathtub drain. They were highly rated on HomeAdvisor. They came out and snaked the drain with no issues. At that time, it was discovered intermittent water on the basement floor coming from below the bathtub and pipes. It was advised, and a quote was written on repairing the pipes from the bathroom area. On 4/25/2017, we had Richard?s"
