My experience with Richard's Renovations has been delightful. Not only does he provide high quality work, but he has just been the most pleasant contractor to work with. He, along with his assistant, have been punctual and extremely detail oriented. They have met project hiccups with a smile and a determination to overcome. As an amateur contractor/home owner, Richard has also taken the time to explain and even teach his methods and reasons for doing things a particular way. I couldn't be happier with his work and look forward to working with him in the future.

Very difficult communication. Excellent job. Contract said he would remove the debris. He did not. I have left voice messages several times to ask if he was going to clean up the mess. He has not responded. I now have to hire someone else to complete the contract. He was cheapest contractor. I guess I got what I deserved.

Richard rebuilt a deck railing for me. I couldn't help but admire the meticulous way in which he proceeded with each step of the process. He included me along the way in making decisions on the way I wanted the details of the railing to look. He was professional and personable, and I would not hesitate to call him for future projects.

Richard (and Pat his helper) are wonderful. He was on time, explained all necessary details of the job and finished the job on time. Pat is knowledgable too. Richard has a wonderful personality--is easy going and answers all questions honestly. We are so happy with his work that we are hiring him to do our backsplash and other projects on our list. He is terrific!

Choosing Richard's Renovations was the best decision I have made in a long time. Richard's did a wonderful and thorough job on repairing an entrance door that was repaired by another person who didn't resolve the problem. I am now going to hire Richard's to do some other work for me.

The deck looks beautiful. Passed teh building inspection with flying colors. Dick was professional and knowledgeable. He is a great guy. It�s a pleasure to have dealt with him. I will call him for any future projects.

Dick was very well versed on the grouting issue and did a great job removing the old grout and putting in the new grout. Expained it all to us and was very meticulous. Nice clean up as well.
