They were on time, very professional and I thought charged a very fair rate for this project which was fairly involved. Great Service, Fast Response to inquiry to a Upright Washer/Dryer Install even did it on New Years Day. To be specific on my 3 and 4 scores. 165.00 for the install was a little steep seeing as other companies were 125,00 to 150.00, but DKL responded 1st and was only a 2 day turn. as our other washer had died and laundry was piling up! Was a little disappointed in the 40.00 "add on" for the disposal of the old units thrown in at last minute then my wife added a gratuity when they got done so it was actually a from a 165.00 quote to a 250.00 job. The positioning of the washer/dryer could have been a bit better, It was a tough job as these whirlpool uprights are heavy suckers and that is why I hired DKL as I couldn't do it myself. All in All, I am happy to recommend DKL for their prompt service and am satisfied with the job, and I would not hesitate to hire them again for my future needs
