This was my first time to have Richardson work on my AC. Small job, replaced condensing unit fan motor. Mark was kind and pleasant, easy to talk to, though I didn't talk to him much (kept out of his way to not interfere with his work). He proved knowledgeable and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend him and will hire him again in the future.

AC quit us during a record heat wave. The local company that we have depended on for years were unable to fix the unit and quoted a replacement price thAt was impossible for us to consider. The bandaid fix that was provided lasted less than a month so we tried a second look with Richardson. They came out on the same day. They assessed the problem, found the leak in our condenser but determined that the location of the leak was irreparable. They located a larger unit than what was there and installed it. The cost was a $1,000 less than our other quote for a larger, better unit. I highly recommend Richardson for your AC issues

We bought a house that was built in the 50s needless to say some things needed a bit of work. The house has not only 1 but TWO a/c units. The first time we had trouble with one of them Mark was the first person we called and we will never call another. He is fast, courteous, and never tries to "sell" you. He does what needs to be done. Best guy for the job by far!

My A/C unit was not working when it was 100 degrees outside. They came over right away to help, diagnosed that it needed the capacitor and conductor repaired. Fixed everything and was up and running the same day. I was so thankful that they saved me a lot of money fixing the unit instead of having to buy a new one!
