    This was my first time to have Richardson work on my AC. Small job, replaced condensing unit fan motor. Mark was kind and pleasant, easy to talk to, though I didn't talk to him much (kept out of his way to not interfere with his work). He proved knowledgeable and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend him and will hire him again in the future.

    AC quit us during a record heat wave. The local company that we have depended on for years were unable to fix the unit and quoted a replacement price thAt was impossible for us to consider. The bandaid fix that was provided lasted less than a month so we tried a second look with Richardson. They came out on the same day. They assessed the problem, found the leak in our condenser but determined that the location of the leak was irreparable. They located a larger unit than what was there and installed it. The cost was a $1,000 less than our other quote for a larger, better unit. I highly recommend Richardson for your AC issues

    We had another contractor who installed our system become no responsive. We found Mark on our ecobee thermostat of all places and he immediately responded with a date and time to come out. He repaired that AC, was transparent with pricing, and communicative along the way as our parts came in. I highly recommend him. He was professional and proficient. Thanks again Mark!
