Richardson Home Improvement & Repair, LLC

All three contractors called very quickly, and all three came the same day to give an estimate. Unfortunately I only could pick one. I chose Richardson because of other things to do when he gave us the estimate. We are very happy with the job.

Shaun did and his team provided a reasonable price and excellent service in my home.

I reviewed 3 contractors and received 2 written estimates ( 1 just gave me one price, nothing in writing on 2 jobs either repair or demolish the shed ). The one I finally chose explained more about services like using Bagster for waste removal. He did many things that were not written on the estimate, really leaving the area cleaned up, all in less than 2 days. Explained everything he was going to do. The area looks better than when we first moved in. I would use him again for any work I had in the future.

Came right on time and was very neat and cleaned up the work area. Shaun was very pleasant to work with.

Shaun completed a job painting and installing baseboard molding and quarter-round in my whole first floor. They were efficient and fast and did a great looking job. They cleaned everything up and were done in the 2 days they estimated it would take. Very friendly and professional. Would hire again and recommend.

Shaun did a great job. He was meticulous, attention to detail, and would refer him to anyone. will use him again in the future.

very professional with high quality work...would not hesitate to use again

Responsive to my initial inquiry. Scheduling was easy. Shaun was professional as well as the worker assisting. I have no issues with the work and am pleased with results.

Pleasant, professional, and fair costs. Three of the keys for my decision to use them.

We hired Shaun to complete a drywall repair after having recessed lighting installed. Shaun was extremely professional and his pricing for services are remarkable. Not only was the work done efficiently, the end result was amazing (there was no trace of the opening made by the electrician what so ever!). Since then, we have hired Shaun to complete a differnt project and am now waiting for an estimate to complete yet another project. Would highly recommend Shaun for all your drywall and handyman service needs!

Arrived on time - completed the job - cleaned up after the job was completed.

He was on time & ready to work. He listen and gave me vaule info about my house.

Very happy with Shaun's service quality. On time arrival, easy to get in touch with. We got a small patch of our ceiling cut out, inspected for a leak or mold, then patched up & painted. Also few other small work. All around very pleased with his work and gentle nature.Highly recommend.

Came promptly to give an estimate, gave a fair price and the work was so good I asked him to do two more rooms.

They were on time and completed the job as provisioned and in the budget

punctual, knowledgeable, professional, clean and thorough.

Timely, competitive pricing and sincere

He is prompt and knows his job well with resonable cost.

Punctual. Shaun Richardson identified and fixed the problem in half a day. It included fixing a leaking water pipe and repairing a small damaged area in the ceiling from the water leak. While working, he kept the site as clean as possible. I will definitely hire him for future projects.

It was a pleasure doing business with Richardson Home Improvement & Repair.
