DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! IT HAS BEEN 526 DAYS SINCE MY PROJECT WAS STARTED, AND BRAD CANNOT SEEM TO GET IT DONE!! The crew that did the work was sloppy, never on time, and never worked a full day. Something always quote, came up, as to why they had to leave early...after arriving hours late! The fit and finish of my windows and doors is just as sloppy. Even after coming back to quote, fix, the issues, all they did was caulk the fill holes they left behind. They STILL owe me a storm door that was ordered incorrectly and a sliding screen door for the patio that they lost parts to, making it inoperable... Communication is a joke. Only one number to call or text, and the voicemail box is always full, and text messages are disregarded! Do not waste your time trying. I have seen the owners truck driving around town more than I ever saw it at my home working on the STILL UNFINISHED WORK HIS CREWS HAVE LEFT BEHIND! I am not the only one...I am beginning to hear the same issues with other former clients around town! WHEN IS MY PROJECT GOING TO BE FINISHED?!

One of the screens had a factory defect in the screen fabric. Brad is coming today to pick it up and said he will have it replaced by the end of the week. Good customer service!

Although I have used this business twice, at this time I would not recommend them. The first time...no problem, however, the second time... it took several months to get the window built and then installed, then they never came back and finished the job after taking my money. Now they will not return my calls to fix one of the broken windows that they first installed. After waiting 3 weeks he finally came out to look at the window and still have not heard back now going on 4 weeks today 03/20/2020.
