After living in this home for 16 years, my old AC finally quit. I started with one service call to confirm it was truly deceased, and then got several quotes. From the moment I met Rich I could tell he was a steady, thorough person who was not going to give me an inflated quote or do shoddy work. He looked everything over very carefully, taking measurements and pictures, making sure he knew HOW he was going to go about the job before he even gave me the quote. It's very obvious to me that Rich's time in the military went to good use! I will definitely hire Rich again for any heating or cooling issue. He and his crew did a fantastic job, and he did not sell me anything I didn't need. Thanks, Rich!

Rich was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and had a nice sense of humor. He clearly explained the problem and what needed to be done. He efficiently repaired a difficult to access the burst water pipe. Everything he worked on was clean when he left. The bill provided a comprehensive review of the work done. I was so pleased with Rich and his work ethic. Rich was prompt making the appointment for the estimate, on time, competitively priced, and quick turn around to the install. On the install day he text me to let me know he was on the way, was on time and did the work. Had drop cloths down to protect the floor, cleaned everything up and made sure all the pilots were lit for gas appliances after the job. He even troubleshoot an issues I was having with the furnace and it fired on the first try following. Great guy, great value, and perfect service!

Rich has been the best tradesman we have worked with during our home update. On time. Respectful. Quality service. Very reasonable rates. Rich installed a whole house humidifier, moved ductwork in the master bedroom and re-routed ductwork that was originally improperly installed. Over all excellent experience.

Rich over at Richardsons Heating and Cooling just came over our home to repair a gas leak that our utility company shut off over a week ago. We've had no hot water and have been unable to cook as well. He was affordable, certified, honest and arrived on time as well. He and his team is very knowledgeable and really know their craft well. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing and gas and HVAC needs.

Professional and courteous. I was happily surprised when Rich contacted me to change my appointment because it was going to be too cold to service my AC unit. The company that serviced my AC last year went ahead and did it when temperatures were in the low 40s. Rich did the work when the condition were right, which showed me he really cared about doing the job right. I'm glad I found Richardsons on HomeAdvisor!
