Erik came to my house to give a quote for fixing my gate. Erik should ready all of the materials at the home depot for me to purchase it but Erik did not ready the materials. Home depot did not have gate panels. When I told Erik that to forgot of the gate panels Erik stated that he will not do the job. He took 2 hours of my time and nothing accomplish.

"Per text conversations with Jenny she was going to purchase the materials because she got a veterans discount. When she arrived at Home Depot she realized she had to order the correct size gates she needed. I let her know I was going to go grab the other materials to repair her steps. She called me while in the store accusing me of leaving her in the store. I reiterated again I was getting cement to repair her steps, and I was still in the store."
