Richie was very PCP professional courteous and polite arrived on time and stayed late and answered all of my questions. He even took extra time to go to the store to get a sprinkler head for me along with checking various things and giving me valuable information about the things that he was doing. I would definitely highly recommend him to anyone and plan on having him come back again in the near future to do more work for me

I would have given this pro a five star rating except for the fact that even though we met once for the estimate, and again he called to confirm the date and time and then again to say he was on his way, he didn't tell me until he was here and working that he doesn't except checks. I was unprepared for that and had to drive to the bank. Otherwise he was very polite and prompt and did a good job. I think that contractor may have used un treated wood because I now have sap seeping through the wood and the weather treatment.

"Linda sorry for the inconvenience about the check, in the past I have had lots off issues with checks and I'm not saying I would have the same with you..so that's why I asked for cash. and to answer your question about the treated wood...it is 100% treated wood if you have sod coming out it's probably from the old wood that was not removed from your deck...
