Caveat Emptor! Worst contractor I have ever worked with. They couldn�t produce project drawings to pull the permit by the project completion date. I had to do the building code research for them. When they did produce the construction detail/drawings they were wrong. I�m considering litigation for breach of contract.

There customer service was poor. When needed a repair they schdueled and didn't show up 3 times. Then they showed up 4 hours late on the 4th appointment. Metal warped in two weeks, they said they would fix. It hasn't been fixed yet. Chimney cap siding ripped off and got replaced finally after 3 previous no-show situations. Both Kenny and Peyton have marginalized me and I feel very unhappy. In the past, I would get my projects done through Lowes. I would end up paying 25% more but if anything needed to get fixed, the action was quick and thorough. I recently moved to finding my own contractors; however, after this experience, no more.

Very courtious, very knolageably,answer all qyestions, any thing not liked corrected.

When I got this contractor, I thought I was very happy. But the joy has left, because of lack of communication, lack of professionalism, and doing exactley what the client want. So I just hope that the job was will be completed soon, so that I can continue on with my life and enoying my family as I want to. Thank you.

The painter showed up late a few times and didn't show up at all one day. It took about a week to complete the work, which was a little longer than I'd expected. But he was a very nice guy, did a thorough job and didn't cut any corners. We're satisfied with the outcome.

It has taken almost two months to complete a project that was originally quoted to take only two weeks. It was somewhat difficult to reach someone because the voicemail box was always FULL. An inspector found several issues with siding that was supposed to have been replaced and/or repaired.

The guys who actually installed the siding & windows did a great job. They were professional and paid attention to every detail. They get 5 stars. The Richline sales Rep was nice enough, but led me to believe that the job would start within 3 weeks from when I signed the contract. After several calls trying to get in touch for updates, I was told different dates until they finally started almost one and a half months later. Apparently Richline has disconnected their company phones and only use their cell phones now.

They did a good job but we have asked for a copy of the warranty and have yet to receive it.

I had soffit work done and they did a great job. They started the job when they said they would and finished within a day. Next time I need work done on my house, I will be calling them back.

We got several estimates and felt we got the most for our money with recline. We were very pleased with the end result, the outside of the house looks lovely. Attention was paid to details and all our special requests were met. All our questions were answered. Once the work got started, things moved along fast. The workers stayed on the job and did good work. It wasn't as disruptive as we had feared, which was fortunate, as weather and scheduling delays resulted in the work being done very close to Christmas. In fact the gutters were installed on Christmas Eve. Sometimes communication was difficult, but this was addressed and improved.

We recently had Richline install vinyl siding, trim and gutters on our Chesterfield home. They were extremely competitive with their price and did a wonderful job. The work was completed in three days, which was as promised. They did a very professional job, the crew that completed the work was polite, very detail oriented, and made any corrections we requested. I would recommend this company and would use this company in the future. They did excellent work. We were well satisified.

They were not easy to work with. Were not effective at communicating. They subcontracted the job, which made communicaiton even more difficult. We eventually got them to install the gutters for less than half of what they quoted, but this was after several fights with the management.

Richline was the best to work with. Very timely, polite, and the two different teams, roof, and siding were very hard working guys. In fact, I plan on having them install my new windows as well. I have just referred them to a friend too!

They were prompt and did more than was expected. I was very satisfied with their work.

We were extremely pleased. Early to the job, only break was lunch time, otherwise crew never stopped. No gabbing, loud talking, etc. Except for the hammering, would never have knows they were here. They were courteous as well as clean. Even compensated for work that we had not completed by returning to finch areas. In the past 3 years we've contacted 9 other companies and found Richline's extensive colors, price and response to be top-notch. The did our roof, siding, gutters. Windows were not necessary, but if so we would have gone with them. You won't be unhappy!! P.S. We had vinyl siding, not the spray-on.
