Hired to replace the siding on our home with James Hardie. Had to take legal action due to so many issues, and they had to pay us 65k. Experience was a nightmare. They worked on our house for a year and a half. Manager stopped responding to us. Below isn?t even everything that they did. I just hit the character limit. J.H. reps had to come show Richmond how to install correctly. Richmond installed almost every gutter with the wrong pitch. A downspout broke off. They tried to paint primed trim instead of ordering real boards in our contract. A trim board was falling off the house. They didn?t tear off our old wood soffit. They just nailed our new one over the old. They never installed a drip edge. They charged us for 380 ft. of it. They didn?t put cloths down, so plaster got everywhere. Mopped everything without vacuuming, turning the dust to paste. Pushed the paste into almost all of the cracks in our floors. 38k of wood floor damage. We had to get our home re-sided with someone else

Poor communication.

Was told 4-6 weeks as the install date, took almost 3 months before they showed up. The fence looks great, took about 8 total hrs to install.

I signed the DocuSign but they never followed up. Still haven?t gotten anyone even after calls.

Told sales rep wanted financed . Call in next day and rep was suppose to come back and do financing . Never showed up . Job was done gutters are great. But never received a final invoice. Call several times and finally received a phone call to pay balance. Was given info to apply for financing myself but still did not get a final invoice . Just paid of estimate less the down payment on a credit card. Would not hire again.
