Great service! Very nice and professional. Carpet cleaning was quick, and they did a great job.

Moved into a new house and the carpet wasn't horrible, but it was old and you could tell that the former owners had allowed their pets to urinate on the carpet a bit. Where pet baking soda deodorizers couldn't get the job done, Rich succeeded. The carpet looks and smells great now and the price was the best I found for hot water extraction. Actually had painted a few days before he came over and despite drop clothes and great care still got a few drops of paint on the carpet. They were gone after the cleaning. Great job.

I am so pleased with Rich's work!!! We had pet stains in a few rooms, and the guest rooms just smelled musty and closed up. I was even able to add rugs and stairs to the job after he arrived. There isn't a single spot anywhere now, and I am so happy with how good my house smells. The fee was incredibly reasonable, and I think I will use him every year for my spring cleaning. Outstanding! I called late Friday afternoon to inquire about having our carpet cleaned. I thought I'd probably hear back on Monday. Rich called me back on Friday. We discussed what we wanted done and the condition of our carpet and he came to our home on Sunday. Wow! What service!! The carpet is cleaner than I could ever have hoped for considering the condition it was in when he started the process. We had a cat that for the last year of his life, due to a medical condition, used most of the house as his litter box. The smell at times was a bit overwhelming. We are very satisfied with the results of Rich's hard work!!

Rich was very thorough and efficient. He kept in contact with us and did everything that he promised he would. Also the job was superb. I would use him again and refer him to others.

EXCELLENT CARPET CLEANING, PROMPT AND EFFICIENT

Rich was a pleasure to work with. He worked with me on the scheduling (several times!), and was always polite and professional. When he did the job (which was HUGE and the carpet was NASTY!), he did it very well . . . The carpet turned out to be much cleaner than I ever even imagined it could be. Rich goes above and beyond . . . an excellent, honest, hardworking guy. I have already recommended him to at least 3 other people I know. Thanks again, Rich!

Rich did an excellent job on our carpets. We had some grease stains that we were not sure would come up, but they cleaned up very well.

Rich was VERY thorough. He cleaned our carpets so good, they look like new. I will recommend him to anyone that needs their carpets cleaned. His pricing was way below the average carpet cleaning company, but his expertise was way above his competitors. Rich puts Stanley Steamer to shame.

Rich and his partner were prompt, friendly, and provided excellent service. They communicated with us during the job to ensure we were satisfied with the services. We were indeed satisfied. I even noticed a couple of spots after the carpet dried, and called Rich to ask if he can come back out to try to get to those stubborn areas, and he agreed to do so. The only thing I can recommend is that the price for the job is not quoted over the phone. I think he should see what he's working with first before giving an estimate. I ended up paying a little more than initially quoted, but I didn't make a big deal of it because he did provide great services. I will use him again in the future, and recommend his services to friends and family.
