My wife and I had just purchased a house, and the day we closed, our A/C stopped working. We tried calling a couple different HVAC companies, and Rich's Heating and Air was the first to get back to us. My wife called Kyle (our repairman) to confirm our scheduled timeslot, and Kyle was able to accommodate our request to start a half hour early. He arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and he gave us an estimate after a preliminary test of the unit. At the end of the day, Kyle came in under his estimate, provided recommendations for preventative maintenance, and ensured our unit was running like new. I would recommend him to any potential customer without reservation.

We got very prompt service they were friendly and knowledgeable about what our problem was they were very expedient and getting the problem solved we were without heat one night but that was to be expected because we have an old system and they had to find parts which the office girls did a wonderful job finding the right parts and getting them to us promptly a shout Out to Kyle Darden And Macon Cavenaugh. Job well done.

Jordon Henderson from Rich's Heat/Air was right on the scheduled time. Was extremely professional ,courteous, and very proficient . It was a difficult out side job but Jordon managed to stay very polite and got the unit working like a new one. I would recommend this company to anyone anytime. Thanks Jordan!

After 25 years our old unit gave out. We knew we needed new duct work and a unit and dreaded having to do it. Jordan Pope came out and from there gave us top notch care and service. Manuel and Arturo came out and worked none stop for 4 days in 90+ degree temps and never missed a beat. They are the nicest men and very polite. Best price for a weekend service call. Temp was 90+ degrees inside and rising, the technition could have sold me anything and I would bought it, turned out to be a simple fix, showed me the bad part and made the repair. Within 30 minutes the system was up and running. Highly recommend Rich's.....
