Sofia and the back office folks are excellent in helping plan every last detail. Both the granite and the plumbing work were completed to a very high standard.

Best price amongst 2 other competitors. Had an issue with incorrect measurement that was successfully dealt with in the field with ingenuity. Upgraded sink faucet to the tune of about $100 as a means of compensation for any issues it caused.

We worked with Sofia to have our countertops replaced and back splash installed on the kitchen wall. Sofia was excellent to work with, is very knowledgeable in her craft, and stayed engaged throughout the process. She was very flexible and pro-active and when it came time for the installation, she had everything well organized and the installers knew exactly what their roles were. Gene installed the back splash and done an excellent job. He is meticulous and thorough and provided some well received feedback that led us to slightly alter our original design. His experience and attention to detail was appreciated and a top notch trait. Richstone's pricing is very competitive and they work with you every step of the way in the process. We really did feel their ultimate goal was our customer satisfaction, and we would be happy to hire them again in the future.

Stone Slab Countertops Installation (Granite, Marble, Quartz, etc)
We worked with Michelle and her husband Gene at Richstone to replace our kitchen cabinets and countertops. They were both excellent to work with, responsive, honest, and very flexible. As is normal with these type projects, my wife and I made quite a few changes and adjustments as we went along and learned more about options, and they were patient and extremely helpful throughout. We love the end result - with beautiful granite counters and solid wood cabinets which replaced our old laminate counters and particle board cabinets. They even built a custom shelf addition on our new kitchen island which turned out very well. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars across the board is we had this done in December and ran into a few delays with the cabinet installers not arriving on schedule a couple of days. But with the December weather and holidays I guess that shouldn't be too unexpected. From start to finish though, the project took less than 5 full days to complete. There were a few minor touch up items that Gene came back later and took care of as well, and their goal was to finish the job with our 100% satisfaction. In terms of value, Richstone was very competitive on price and they were extremely helpful in showing us how we could save here and there by adjusting our plans. We also lucked out and chose granite that they had a partial slab left over from another job which also was a real savings (and Michelle was fantastic to work with helping us navigate to the right granite for our kitchen). I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done.

Richstone prices came in a close to a third of the nearest bid we received for the job. From the time the contract was signed to the time it was complete was only 3 days. Super fast! Installers were great and you can tell how well they installed the counter by putting an egg on it. With the counter that got taken out, an egg would always roll around. Not now. It stays in place meaning the counter is perfectly level. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
